Kristy is a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) with over six years of experience specializing in neurology and pediatric neurology. She has worked in medically based outpatient clinics serving pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients, helping individuals with neuromotor challenges improve their independence, confidence, and quality of life.

Before becoming an occupational therapist, Kristy spent six years working in conductive education, where she supported children and adults with neuromotor difficulties through movement-based, educational approaches. This experience inspired her to pursue occupational therapy and deepened her commitment to helping others achieve functional success through personalized, meaningful care.

Kristy earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and went on to complete her Master’s in Occupational Therapy at AdventHealth University (AHU), where she also received a post-baccalaureate certification in conductive education.

Before joining The Sproutlings Speech ad Language Center and The Neuro Hub, Kristy spent four years with AdventHealth Hospital, providing care in medically based outpatient and inpatient settings as a tech, volunteer, student, and therapist across neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. She previously provided services at Carousel Pediatric Therapy Center as well as other school-based facilities. Her approach is compassionate, creative, and client-centered—focused on helping each person reach their goals in a way that is engaging and achievable.

Outside of work, Kristy enjoys spending time with her three children, her husband, and Australian Shepard, and big extended family. She’s thrilled to be part of The Sproutlings and Neuro Hub teams and loves partnering with families to support their therapy journey every step of the way.
